Comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, quick room change when needed. In-room safe and daily free water a nice touch. Prompt check-in even for early arrivals. Excellent service, central location for shops and the underground. Fresh breakfast with a good selection. Helpful staff for printing documents.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as it is very close to the tube stations on the Piccadilly and District lines, making it easy to explore the city. it is right in the centre of town and within walking distance of Hammersmith station.
The breakfast could have offered more hot options, as some guests felt it was lacking variety.

We loved our stay here! The location of this place is amazing, right on a busy shopping street and beside a train station. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available such as room service, car hire, and housekeeping.
